Ashford Recovery Group exists because a refused fraud complaint is often a thin letter. It says the payment was authorised, and it stops. The rules banks work under are longer than that letter.
We are not a law firm and we do not pretend to be the Ombudsman. We read the payment trail, the warnings, and the firm’s own response, then we write the complaint in plain English. You approve it before it is sent.
What we will not do
- Charge an upfront fee, a registration fee, or a “release fee”.
- Ask you to move money to a safe account.
- Promise a percentage back, or borrow another firm’s results and call them ours.
- Tell you to mislead your bank about why you sent a payment.
If you want the people rather than the method, start with the team.
