These terms cover the website and the case review. A separate note repeats the fee before we are instructed to contact your bank. If that note conflicts with this page, the note you sign wins.
The review
The review is free and does not oblige either of us to continue. We can decline a case. You can stop.
The fee
If you instruct us, the fee is 3% of the first $100,000 CAD recovered, 2% of the portion from $100,000 to $500,000, and 1% of any recovered amount above $500,000. Nothing is payable if nothing is recovered. The bank pays you. Our invoice follows, and it is due within 14 days.
Your part
You agree that the facts you give are true to the best of your knowledge. You will not ask us to mislead a bank or the Ombudsman. You can complain to your bank yourself at any time.
No promise of a result
We do not guarantee a refund, a timescale, or that the Ombudsman will agree with us.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
