- Bank statements covering two weeks before the first payment and the day after the last.
- The payment confirmation for each transfer, including the payee name you typed.
- Chats, emails, or adverts. Export them. Screenshots vanish.
- Any fraud reference number and the bank’s complaint acknowledgement.
- A note of warnings you remember, including “I do not remember one”.
How we write to you
Email, in ordinary sentences. If we need a signature, we say what it is for. We will not ask you to install remote-access software.
